Elmwoof is a community gathering space located at 2100 S Edgefield Ave across from Margaret B Henderson Elementary School in Elmwood. A monthly pop-up event that began in April of 2013 inspired neighbors to advocate for a permanent off-leash dog park – the first in Oak Cliff – resulting in a modest, modular enclosure that we hope will be embraced and taken care of for years to come.

Elmwoof is not a City of Dallas park and therefore depends on individual contributions and sweat equity for maintenance and future expansion. Please consider one or both options below to help us become a public space that all of Oak Cliff can be proud of.
